For Sycamore’s first pop-up dinner we will be getting a whole hog from Chris Phillips of Phillips Farm here in Davidson County. Every course of the dinner will utilize different cuts of the pig, and be paired with the delicious beers of Jackalope Brewery. All proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Hands on Nashville Urban Farm.
Charcuterie- rillette, city ham, pate grand mere & more. Beer mustard, house pickles & preserves. Sourdough breads.
Pappardelle– wine braised shank and shoulder. House ricotta.
Porchetta & Pork loin- crispy pork belly porchetta. Brined & smoked pork loin.
Vegetable sides- brussels & chestnuts with bacon. Rutabaga & potato mash. Sweet potato, squash, & maple. Braised winter greens.

Apple and Pecan Pies– leaf lard crust. Local apples. Southern pecans.
